access 2 exchange servers in 1 profile

Outlook 2003 only supports 1 exchange server at a time....

is there a work around for this, besides creating another profile?

Only answer is 2 seperate profiles.. unless you allow pop3 or IMAP access.

NOW.... if you have access to other mailboxes(they will have to be delegated to you) but you can open additional mailboxes

Tools-> email accounts-> "exchange account" -> more settings -> advanced -> under add these additional mailboxes.. type in the username of the mailbox you want to open...

This will only allow you to view them and edit them but not send as them.. you will need to delegate access to send as that account also.
