phpBB is okay for basic needs, but it starts from an incredibly handicapped position, and not too many ppl are in the mood to install 2000 mods to the forum software, to do what they are accustomed to, with other boards straightaway....

Hah! That's the one I was referring to in my other post. People have skins to make it look exactly like IPB forums.
