Having trouble getting IP addresses

I'm having trouble getting IP addresses for some of my computers on my network. The way I have things setup is that the cable modem iis connected to the router and the router is setup as my DHCP server to deligate the IP addresses. Then from the router it connects to a 24 port switch. Some computers are hooked up directly to the switch while others are routed through another hub. the ones routed through the hubs are not getting an IP address from the DHCP server. So if there is anything I can configure or anthing else I can do just post a message for me.

Are you sure you are using the right uplink port on your hub - to connect to your switch?

Mostly it will be one specific port when it comes to hubs, and many times you will have to press or activate a physical switch on the box the enable the uplink.
