New Hotfix resolves Slow Clients (startrom.n12)

I've been working with Microsoft and Dell to resolve an issue with using Legacy Keyboard support in DOS and it conflicting with the loading of the WinPE images to memory from Syslinux and RIS. They finally released a hotfix that resolves the problem. Without the hotfix, I was getting 30 minute load times for the images. With the hotfix in place it's reduced back to the normal 3-5 minutes.

I think I have this problem, basically the screen goes blank (Black) after it says INSPECTING YOU HARDWARE CONFIGURATION...bla...bla bla

But on the page you link to they haventrelased the hotfix for download?

Where can I donwload it?

you will have to contact ms to get that patch unless you have a premier agrement. If you do you can download it on the premier webb
