a program using the connection

please help there is a program using the connection

how can i know it?

i used anti spyware programs but the connection icon still blinking without i am

doing anything and also XP automatic update is Off !!

i had found a program called tsecure.exe that was using the connection in windows but i can not delete it access is denied!!

i delete it from outside windows
