System Restore will not start

When i try to go into system restore, it shows the busy pointer for a second and then nothing appears. It is on in the system properties and i ama admin.

Also i have installed XPize 4.0 MCE RC

Is the help and support service enabled and running?

Where are you attempting to access the Restore Service from? Could be a problem with the link you are clicking to start it, as well.
