windows xp auto scan before login

hello! Can anybody teach me how to stop scandisk before login windows xp. My computer always auto scan my c: or e: drive although i shut down windows properly . Help me pls. THK

Windows actually checks the drives every time u start

to see that /sos or /debug ((i think so ) instead of /fastdetect u can see the loading of drivers checking disks instead of the windows logo.

so after login u check ur disks corrctly and find & remove any bad clusters using the scandisk

you can run "scandisk /f" if you're really sick and tired of it, but this can damage your system in some cases .. google for more info

1) Open cmd.

2) Type fsutil dirty query x:. Press <Enter>

3) If it says "Volume X: is dirty", run a manual chkdsk x: /f scan at that instant.

Reboot after u have followed the above steps for all x:
