problem in windows xp-sp1

Good Day IT Pros !

I am having problem with my pc, winxp pro-sp1 installed.

1. Before it was installed with sp2, but my winfax pro ver9.0 could not connect to the host station and displays an error of "winfax is unable to connect to Host. Reason: object exporter specified was NOT Found". So i un-install the sp2 and get back to sp1. After making that move, when i re-install my winfax, it displays an error of "you cannot make send and receive if the DCOM is not installed, try reinstall DCOM and restart the winfax".

2. How can i run Winfax Pro 9.0 to xp-sp2?
