Windows 2000 server wont allow access

I finally figured out most of my problems with this server mostly it was a external router that was conflicting with my DHCP and trying to give out to many IP addresses. But once I figurerd that out, now I can't get my other computers on the network to see me or connect to the internet. They are registering IP addresses from my scopeon the DHCP so I know they are connecting in some way. So if there is anything else I must be over looking or just forgot to config, please help mefind the mistake.

Confirm the network address and subnet netmask are correct and configured into DHCP correctly.

Confirm the router IP address option is setup in DHCP (to point to your standalone DSL router).

Confirm the DNS server IP address is setup in DHCP (to point to your Win Server, presuming you have DNS enabled and setup, which is certainly a recommendation (if not a must) with Active Directory enabled), you can setup backup DNS to be your DSL ISPs, but make sure they are not listed first.
