Quick question,

I just want to make sure I got this unattended thing sort of right. The way it works is that once the os is installed then once the pc reboots and you log on for the first time is when all the applications and programs install? If so then how is this unattended when you still need to log on for the first time?

Because there is an option to automatically login any number of times that you want.

You can use a cmd file or a reg file to set an autologon. So it is unattended.

you can use DetachedProgram. It runs @ t-39 min mark of the windows gui install. Check out ref.chm to learn more about it (ref.chm is located in deploy.cab in the support\tools folder on your XP disk)
