Alexis2015 Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 Hello, everybodyI have a problem ...I made my own DVD Windows because, I install some sofwares during the windows installation (like Norton Antivirus or Nero , ...) But my installation disk space is larger than 700MB so I must brun my Windows Installer on a DVD. boooggy Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 then it means u have to rebuild the boot sector for the dvd. i can recommend nlite. it creates a .iso file which can be written to dvd.
Alexis2015 Posted August 20, 2005 Author Posted August 20, 2005 Yes, that's what I did but It do not work. Now I am Trying something :Full Clean up / erase of my dvd-rw and reburn my ISO (made by nLite )I'll keep you in toutchAlexis
rikgale Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 Try the CDImageGUI as an ISO building tool. I use this instead of using Nlite to burn ISO's as I spend ages fiddling about in the $OEM$ folder after nliting and it just seems simplier than running nlite again. Also seems alot more customisable, there are alot of settings that can be changed. Everything I burn runs off a DVD as I only have a DVDRW disc and not any CDRW's I use Nero to burn the DVD, remembering to select that I am burning a DVD image even if it is less than 700Mb
