Install Windows Components

Is there a way to install Windows COmponents silently after the OS is installed? I needto install the fax service on a few machines. I looked around trying to find options for this:

rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL appwiz.cpl,,2

but coudn't find any.

You do it in winnt.sif under [Components] header.

To have fax service installed:

[Components]
Fax=On
