And CD Drive also........

User Group Policy

User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Explorer ->

"Hide these drives in My Computer"

and

"Prevent access to drives in My Computer"

as for control panel

User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Control Panel ->

Prohibit access to the Control Panel

This can be done with either Local or Domain GPO
