Run IE & OE as non-admin?

Has anyone managed to run IE and OE as non-administrator in win2k?

I just double click on the icons and the program loads.. crazy i know but its true

are you having some sort of problem doing this... what kind of errors are you getting, any ohter information you can give us.. what type of user you are logging in as, what security permissions you have configured. Any restrictive GPO's. Even log errors. Application hangs. Nlited install. Service packs installed.. When did this stop working, what has changed since it stopped working. Error messages that come up when you click on the icons. Custom Security templates

Most of us here are more than willing to give ideas back if we have something to go off of. It is hard to answer a questions like "my computer doesnt work.. any ideas.." how are we supposed to solve that?

Both IE and OE should work when run as a normal user.

Have we understood you correctly or are you asking how to run ie6setup.exe as non-administrator in win2k?
