where is the readme?

I just installed the lastest version of Nlite and where checking the hotfixes and noticed XPize, got a link to this forum.. but i cant find ANY info about what the heck XPize is.. no sticky in the forum no readme with the download..

I understand that XPize is some kind of shell pack with hotfixes.. but i need to know more..

can somebody please tell me why i want to use Xpize? thanks!
