ripken204 Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 my dad just went on his comp and only the recycle bin is on the desktop but he is not able to open it up or drag files into it.

rjz Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 Did you try customize dtop in the display properties. He also might have a profile proble. Try to recreate it.
ripken204 Posted August 1, 2005 Author Posted August 1, 2005 ya i got that stuff fixed through the desktop properties, its just the reycle bin problemand i thought that it was a profile problem too and it is kinda, some programs are acting like its the 1st time they have been used, but under documents and setting there are no new users
