JuMz Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 Hey allI currently have 2 CRT's hooked up to my dual display video card. I have selected the appropriate options in the display settings to allow extend the desktop space and everything works great from that aspect. However, when I play a game (i.e. Battlefield 2), the game only displays on the primary monitor. How do I make it SPAN across both? Is that even possible?Thank you in advance dudes!
Zxian Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 I haven't heard of many games that allow you to display on multiple montors, just because of the sheer amount of processing power that goes into rendering one screen at decent framerates. Unless you've got the 7800-Ultra-GT-Xtra-Super video card, I don't think that your rig could even handle it... (especially not BF2).

It must be possible!!http://www.tomshardware.com/game/20050725/...ia_eswc-03.htmlLook at the bottom picture! So unless quake specifically supports it...but that is exactly what I want to do, except with 2 screens , not 4. Edited July 26, 2005 by JuMz
Zxian Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 Wow... that's impressive. I always thought that it would be a good idea, but I thought that it would take too much power. If you can get more info on this, please do share!
