Parsing HJT please help

May I just begin by saying I love you all already? I just found your forum, and i am well impressed.

So, i've got that standard malaise, nagging pop-ups that I can't seem to get rid of even now that I'm running all the ad and spy protection programs. I just discovered hijack this as of today and ran a scan. I put it through the iamnotageek site, but being a first timer at this, I'm still a bit nervous as to what I can and can't delete.
