WPI automatically waits for the current project to finish before going on to the next one.

There are a couple of rare issues with some auto-it scripts or apps that have caused WPI te begin the next task before the current one has finished but these errors have been Uber-rare!!!!

The ones your talking about a probably instances where the previous app needs the system to be rebooted first to finish installation so a process is still running in the background that is halting the current atempt. Maybe try PSKILL ar taskkill? One of the apps that will stop a process. and use it as one of the commands so that the next one can go on its merry way.

If your are still needing to pause WPI to finish an odd install look at this thread

they have been working on this.

Personally I use WPI to install over 175 apps, programs and games and have never had this issue.
