Hi everyone,

i have a problem here.... i just bought a 24 pin DVI cable. I try to connect from my display card to my Samsung 172x LCD monitor, but there are no image to display. My LCD monitor unable to detect the digital signal. What had wrong???? Thanks.


Make sure all screws are in tight and make sure there is no option to choose VGA or DVI. Also, read the LCD manual and make sure you got the right type of DVI cable as there are three variations.

You might also need to check your video card driver. If you have an ATI card, then the DVI port might not be enabled.
