problem with removing a program

in the process of installing a program, i terminate the process by shutting it down with task manager. And then i can't install or remove it.

when i run the setup again, it only let me chose between "repair" and "remove" option. And both don't seen to work.

i had deleted the entire program folder and run remove again, but it still display that 2 options.

help!!!

Simple. you must remove the program out of the registry. simply click start,run, regedit,HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,software, then search for your program and remove it,then reinstall,then reboot,then uninstall. Problem Fixed
