What are reasonably easy ways to get a silent install of a program that has no switches?

I know some people use AutoIt scripts.

If both switches & AutoIt are too hard, I can only think of one 'reasonable easy solution': USF (Universal Switch Finder). Search the board and you'll find the topic easily.
