web page not showing

I have a web page that displayas as it should in Opera, Mozilla, Netscape, but not internet explorer on my local machine. (although It used to for some reason)

The only change in my system that I can think about is Norton Internet security 2005 though even when it is competely disabled I still have the problem.

I cheked the WEb site and it does work good. (Firefox)

I have the same problem with a web page that I made. Did u use Dreamweaver, if so, did u saw any errors on the error report?

What I've found that for some quirky reason any time I put javascript on this page it makes it not view in XP/IE:

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/JavaScript">

function MM_openBrWindow(theURL,winName,features) { //v2.0

window.open(theURL,winName,features);

}

</script>

Which is odd since this works on a number of other pages to open a new window.
