Hi, I am very new to wireless networking. I just bought myself a "NetGear WGR614 802.11g/b WiFi Wireless 4-Port Router" to start with but have no idea what other components that I would need in order to setup: internet & file sharing wirelessly between 2 computer (both PCs running wired network now).

Can any of the experts here tell me what exactly do I need so I can setup a wireless network.
