Okay, a while ago I needed to know how to get BIOS to sense my SATA drive and 2 optical drives. One of the optical drives was faulty and once I took it out BIOS sensed the other one, and for some reason (maybe dust in the connection) the SATA drive was one day just sensed by BIOS :thumbup .

But I still get the Non-system disk or disk error :realmad: . I was told I needed the XP disk (which I have) but is still doesn't work. Also, my DVD drive (the only one that is being used) still comes up in BIOS as the slave, even if I configure it to master or cable select. It's plugged in correctly, I chacked. What's going on. (Please exuse my ignorance if this is a dumb question).
