outpost,dial-up and local connection?

im using outpost 2.6 and i have a dial-up connection with a workgroup local area connection.i want to block services port(0-1024)for dial-up and a normal security on them for local connection.

i made a 3 rule for blocking 0-1024 on system tab->rules and marked the trust in lan settings.is it what i want?

and i wanna block echo reply for dial-up and allow for loacal connection,is it possible with outpost?
