Enable quicklaunch for all users, not current

Did quite a bit of searching, and found the reg key to put quicklaunch bar for the current user (in unattended it defaults to the admin), and was wondering if anyone knew how to enable it for all users (ie: if I add a new user to the domain)

it only works for the administrator account. When I create new users they don't have quick launch enabled. I want to do this for my domain users.

Dear Sir

If u install your Registry Tweaks using

$oem$ under cmdlines.txt

it will work for ALL users.

if u dont install your registry tweaks @ $oem$ it will only work for Admin.

get it.

So if u want it to work u need to follow instructions

I have it called in the cmdlines... It will show up on the first boot, but if you add a domain user to the machine, the quick launch isn't there for the new user. I suspect it's because the key itself is in the current user tree:
