What's is the diference? As far as i understand they are the same thing, but with diferents names. Or there is another diference and i didn't get it?

There are few important differences.

ROE is before shell is loaded, RO after.

Also ROE is component based - if you are in the middle of your installations and you restart your PC, the rest will continue after installation.

And at last - ROE looks more professional :)

since no user has logged on yet all the programs installed

or reg files merged will be for all users.

I use cmdlines.txt to call the cmd file that sets up

my runonceex which runs on the next boot.
