The thing you should is that you define table sizes in % and not exact values. This can be a drag if you have lots of tables and pictures in them.

An example, the image top here at MSFN. It is actually not one image. The left part (With the text) is an image and the right part (With the dots) is actually a empty table with a background image. IF you try strecthing the windows you will see that only the right part changes size - it's size is defined in %.
