Network Attached Storage

I am looking at getting some NAS for my network as a back-up to my main machine and my server. I am looking at backing up about 300Gb of data, so I'd be looking for about 400Gb of space.

So far I have come up with these options

1) Linksys NSLU2

2) Buffalo Kuro Box

3) Synology DiskStation DS-101

and I am wondering if anyone had any opinions on which one is better or if anyone has one of these and there experience. Also open to other options as well.
