This is how I do it in my runonceex:

REG ADD %KEY%\280 /VE /D "Partition Magic 8.00" /f

REG ADD %KEY%\280 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\Software\pm800\setup\Setup.exe -s -f1\"%CDROM%\Software\pm800\setup\setup.iss"\" /f

Took me a bit to sort if I remember rightly.
