Writing a small windows GUI

Hello

I have a small command line programme which works off a configuration file. I would like to write a very simple GUI which can create the config file (basically, a list of commands with the user's choice of directories).

Can anyone recommend a good way to start with project? Are there any GUI making GUIs out there?

i would recommend using KIX and KIXforms to build simple script based GUI Applications for Windows.
