WAN Miniport.?

when i look under "network adapters" in devices manager with "a check on show hidden devices", i notice some of my WAN miniport are gone.

i tried to re-install netword card but they are still gone.

how do i get them back.?

Try reinstalling your internet coonection, WAN miniport is usually part of it depending on your type of connection (PPOE,ISDN...)
