dianaaspenhill
All this started happening after I tried to install some new bootscreens...When I use the option to show the 3-button Shutdown, the "Restart" button does not work. The "Shutdown Button" appears to close Windows -- my desktop clears out -- but then *nothing* happens: ctrl/alt/delete does not work, nor does pressing my power button on my pc. I have to turn off the power supply on my outlette strip. After I go thru all that, when I turn on my PC again, I get a LogoZip extractor that keeps trying to load new bootscreens, but it keeps giving me an error message. I've done a search on my pc, and cannot find where that little bugger is.HP "help" had me jumping thru hoops: at one point, all my drivers disappeared! (When I use the log-off screen that has the drop-down menu, everything is okay.)Any suggestions?
