For the first time in 3D computer graphic history, one of the companies managed to introduce a chip and to have it in retail on the same day.This is how CPU guys have been doing things for ages but the usual graphic suspects such as Nvidia and ATI never managed to do such a thing. We have to congratulate Nvidia as it was the first to do it.The UK overclockers, one of the UK's most famous online shops, will have a variety of Geforce 7800GTX on offer. XtremeMaC Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 why is that a big deal? its a fairly easy thing to do. don't advertise the card before u manufacture mass amounts.then advertise start selling.this is how the games are released, they ship the games to the shops and give a release date... .7800GTX sounds nice
