My question is simple. Am I allowed to request resumes in this forum?

I am not a recruiter. I am a Systems Engineer for a Windows-based storage start-up that is looking for systems engineers (pre-sales and post-sales support), and developers in transport and system management. We are located in Santa Clara, CA, USA, and we are still in stealth mode for a few more months; however, we can definitely discuss details if you come in and sign an NDA. You won't be disappointed.

I am tired of waiting for our recruiters to find strong candidates, so I decided to post on this forum for quality people. I know the right people are here.
