Msn plus silent install, add a reg, how?

Follow these steps to do an automatic installation in an alternate language:

1. Open regedit or, if you need to do many automatic installations, create a script or program to add this registry setting.
2. Add this key: "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Patchou\MsgPlus2".
3. Create a string value called "DefLanguageFile" inside the "MsgPls2" key.
4. Put te language definition filename in the data field, for example "Lang_Francais.ini" to use French language.
You can find the correct language definition filenames in the "\Resources" folder of a Plus! installation.
5. Run the automatic installation. 
I red this thing but...i don't know how to add a registery entry, what can i do? my language file name is:
Lang_Italiano.ini

I tried like this but don't work:

;install di msn plus! in lingua italiana
