prathapml Posted June 21, 2005 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Most probably, if its a copied CD, then it wont play, because the physical-authentication parts of the original may not be present in the copy.Safedisc protection is normally cracked by many groups... And maybe the crack which worked till now, is not working anymore, that is all. The game is fine, the crack has incompatibility issues with SP2 somehow...Nothing can be said for sure, since rule #1 is "no cracks"... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rupert86 Posted June 22, 2005 Author Share Posted June 22, 2005 Oh yeah that's correct about cracks but I don't personally like them (regardless of the issue of piracy) since the originally shipped file is the most reliable one.What I really do with games is to create a nero .NRG image and then to continuously mount it through days & weeks until I finish the game. And nothing is working here such Nero Imagedrive, D-tools, and even the original CD.What is really surprising is that no_CD patch works when applied.
