Rockhound Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 Used XPCREATE to make Windows 2k Pro boot disk.Anyone else getting this error at Register components:2 errors actuallyAn error occurred loading c:\WINNT\system32\inetcomm.dll. The file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted. An error occurred loading c:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msoe.dll. The file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted.Getting this consistently.I believe these two files are located in KB897715 which I have in SVC-HF1. Using the one for Outlook Express 6 SP1.I have to hit ok to bypass these errors. When the system is finally installed everything seems to run normally. All updates applied, can open up Outlook express and IE as well. These files are on the disk and they do seem to load the correct versions, etc.
BaTLeZone Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 I have been getting these errors too. it has something to do with the new updates. What I could sugest is (which is what I did) is run the new updates from runonces and let XPC do the rest.
