I fixed it...I went to the Registry, stumbled across...HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlersand deleted this "OpenWithEncryption..." thing (don't know the actual name), now my context menu is fixed...just felt like posting it for future references...
