Setup Screens Don't Show On Old PC's

When Xp Installs on an old pc and setup is in Lo Res it uses the old setup screen not the custom one, i was just wondering why

Maybe the lo res one is in another file

Thanks I also found some other interesting things in there it has Windows x64 Stuff in the string part the second to last one i guess they mustve put that in when SP2 come out cos that and old file
