help! i keep getting attacked from some name

hi, i keep on getting attacked by some name called: helkern and this attack is annoying and keeps changing ip's and it used my ip too and i used mcafee firewall to banned the ip's i even banned my self because of it how do i sovle this problem?

oh an also i use Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal to repell the attack for now i need some way of to know what is the real ip is this helkern is
