Script is adding to stipulated search path

Ok, here is another noobie...just started pokin' in this here awesome thingie

I have set up structure as instructed/suggested on homepage.

My applicationsfolder lies :

F:\Install\Applications\PerfectDisk7 (F = %CDROM%)

I burn out an iso and throw it in deamon, opens wpi directly from F:\$OEM$\$1\install\WPI..everything comes up alright.

When klicking away that install I get error saying :

"Windows cannot find 'F:\$OEM$\$1\install\WPI\Install\applications\PerfectDisk7\setup.exe'"

my line in config.js looks like this:

cmd1[pn]=['%CDROM%\\Install\\applications\\PerfectDisk7\\setup.exe S/ v/ /qn']

question: why does the script add additional path starting from the directory where executed when proper path to setup.exe is already given?

I have tried to throw install directory with content and started WPI.cmd from there even...result:

"Windows cannot find 'C:\install\WPI\Install\applications\PerfectDisk7\setup.exe'"

..I thought this would be the least difficult part of the script

Guess I'm missing something...

EDIT: problem solved, I just have to assume that directory where WPI.cmd is located is CD root...also little bit confusing on homepage where there are 2 Install directories...
