sakkans Posted January 10, 2003 Posted January 10, 2003 i can't reach the slave hdd from xp! i can reach it from win9x... but not xp.... why? how can i see my slave hdd in my computer?!?thanks!
XPerties Posted January 10, 2003 Posted January 10, 2003 did you just currently upgrade to XP as a dual boot system? Are your ide cables properly plug in in the right order on your HDD? Do you have the 2 HD set to master/slave or both cable select?

zipp51 Posted January 11, 2003 Posted January 11, 2003 You kinda answered your own question sakkans.By reached I assume you mean accessed.And if you accessed from your XP partition of your dual boot system at one time then installed a virtual drive software program and had no access then as Xperties mentioned,uninstall the dog that bit you.Let us know what happens.
