auto hide taskbar

Hi, I would like to auto hide the taskbar. But I'm not able to locate the registry key to change this.

I noticed that the key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\Components\0] changed. But, manualy import this in the registry did not work.

Someone any idea? (and i'm not looking for auto hiding the icons next to the clock)

Apparently it can't be done from the registry.....I find that hard to believe, but google doesn't seem to think so, it isn't the only site saying it can't be done.

Setting must be stored somewhere though.....

I've ben googeling around for a half an hour. Nothing to find, also searched in this and other fora.

But where does windows stores this info?

Could it be changed silent?

I assume so, it has to store it somewhere doesnt it......but I hav no idea where if not in the registry.....
