multisession bootable cd/dvd

Gone thru all the faqs but dont see it mentioned

I want to create a bootable multisession cd/dvd which will allow me to add new items to the initial boot menu.

The eltorito code from what I understand allows the the boot sector to be in the last burned session which might suite my situation--

Any comments regarding the above and how it can be done would be great

I might be wrong but i think the only way to update your menu like that is to either, use a CDRW/DVDRW or make a new disk each time you update.

or simply create a new .iso and mount it into the virtual pc/vm ware session...
