Vlc Media Player Skin Help

hi

im trying to make a skin for Vlc media player that is the same as the Windows Media Player 10 skin

unfortunately their guide on the vlc site is absoluetey awful and makes no sense what so ever.

if someone would be wiling to create one for me or give me a much easier to understand guide it would be greatly appreciated.
