What's the best tool for computing checkusms like SHA1 and MD5 and verifying the validity of downloaded files?

I'm looking for any kind of tool - DOS, Win9x, Linux, etc.. Thanks!

and for other purposes, use http://www.etree.org/md5com.html thats exaclty that one you know from *NIX, ported to Windows.

There are others, but I'm searching for an Explorer integration, right click a file and select "Check MD5" then input the Checksum and it says OK or FAILED!
