Ctrl+Alt+Del at Logon

OK, heres the story...

My old laptop had XP Pro on it before it decided to not boot up anymore! So I bought a new PC which came with XP Home (Pro was to expencive).

I managed to make Pro to get a user to use Ctrl+Alt+Del at Logon by going through Local Securiyy Policy (I think). I've noticed that Home doesn't have LCP (in Admin Tools).

I like having to press Ctrl+Alt+Del (call me sad!) and I was wondering if it can be enabled for Home. Please let me know.

Use the Classic logon screen instead of the Welcome screen in User Accounts?

(In XP HE you can logon to the Admin account only in Safe Mode.)
