How can I block folder re-creation?

I hate this "my" folders (my ebooks, my images, my f* etc) so I deleted them but they come back... how can I block de re-creation?


You could create a text file with the same name (no extension) & make it read only. I don't know how to prevent Windows from creating them except make sure no programs you are using point to there. It's not Windows recreating them it could be Media Player though... I use the text file trick to block certain viruses when I deal with infected computers.
